Anchorline Freight LLC provides freight transportation and logistics services, which may include:

  • Route Planning & Coordination

  • Dispatch Consultation

  • Shipment Coordination

  • Other transportation and logistics services agreed upon with the customer

Services provided for a particular shipment will be determined by the applicable quote, booking confirmation, transportation agreement, bill of lading, or other applicable documentation.

2. FREIGHT QUOTES

All transportation services are quoted based on the specific requirements of each shipment.

Quote pricing may be based on:

  • Pickup and delivery locations

  • Total mileage

  • Freight weight

  • Freight dimensions

  • Number of pallets or pieces

  • Type of freight

  • Equipment required

  • Number of stops

  • Pickup and delivery requirements

  • Delivery time requirements

  • Fuel costs or applicable fuel surcharges

  • Special handling requirements

  • Detention or waiting time

  • Residential or limited-access locations

  • Liftgate or other equipment requirements

  • Expedited service

  • Other applicable transportation or accessorial charges

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

If the shipment details change or the actual shipment differs from the information provided, the quoted price may be adjusted.

Unless specifically stated in writing, a quote is not a guaranteed final price.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their shipment.

This includes, when applicable:

  • Pickup address

  • Delivery address

  • Contact information

  • Freight description

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Number of pieces

  • Packaging information

  • Special handling requirements

  • Pickup and delivery appointments

  • Access restrictions

  • Required transportation information

Customers are responsible for notifying Anchorline Freight LLC of any changes before transportation begins.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges, delays, re-routing, or refusal of service.

4. FREIGHT PREPARATION & PACKAGING

Customers are responsible for properly preparing, packaging, labeling, and securing their freight unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Freight must be prepared in a manner suitable for transportation and ordinary handling.

Anchorline Freight LLC may refuse freight that is unsafe, improperly packaged, illegal, inadequately described, or otherwise unsuitable for transportation.

5. PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED FREIGHT

Customers may not tender illegal or prohibited freight for transportation.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any hazardous, regulated, restricted, or special cargo before the shipment is accepted.

Failure to provide required information may result in refusal of service, additional charges, delays, or other remedies permitted by applicable law and the applicable transportation agreement.

6. PICKUP & DELIVERY

Anchorline Freight LLC makes reasonable efforts to coordinate pickup and delivery according to the agreed schedule.

Pickup and delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Mechanical issues

  • Facility delays

  • Loading or unloading delays

  • Appointment availability

  • Government requirements

  • Other transportation conditions

When appropriate, Anchorline Freight LLC will communicate material delays or changes to the customer.

7. DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS & WAIT TIME

If a shipment requires a pickup or delivery appointment, the customer is responsible for providing accurate appointment information.

Additional charges may apply when transportation resources are required to wait because freight is not ready, an appointment is missed, a facility is unavailable, or loading or unloading is delayed.

Any applicable charges will be handled according to the applicable quote or transportation agreement.

8. PAYMENT

Payment terms will be provided on the applicable quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for approved transportation and applicable additional charges.

  • Additional services requested after the original quote may result in additional charges.

  • Billing disputes should be reported promptly.

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or cancellation of services and collection activity where permitted by law.

9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the shipment and service requested.

If a shipment is cancelled after transportation resources, equipment, or labor have been committed, applicable cancellation or other charges may apply where permitted.

Customers should notify Anchorline Freight LLC as soon as possible if a shipment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

10. DELAYS

Anchorline Freight LLC works to provide dependable and timely transportation.

However, transportation schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, accidents, traffic, road closures, government actions, facility delays, mechanical events, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen transportation conditions.

Anchorline Freight LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and coordinate the shipment as conditions permit.

11. FREIGHT CLAIMS & DAMAGE

Customers should inspect freight as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If freight appears damaged, short, or otherwise compromised, the customer should document the condition and notify Anchorline Freight LLC promptly.

Claims will be handled according to the applicable transportation agreement, bill of lading, carrier terms, insurance provisions, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. LIABILITY

Anchorline Freight LLC's responsibility for loss, damage, delay, or other transportation-related claims will be determined according to the applicable transportation agreement, bill of lading, carrier terms, insurance provisions, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Anchorline Freight LLC will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Accidents

  • Road closures

  • Government actions

  • Emergencies

  • Acts of war

  • Civil disturbances

  • Labor disruptions

  • Equipment shortages

  • Transportation network disruptions

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to resume or coordinate service when conditions permit.

14. ROUTE PLANNING & DISPATCH CONSULTATION

Route planning and dispatch consultation services are based on the information provided by the customer.

Planning may consider:

  • Mileage

  • Pickup and delivery locations

  • Number of stops

  • Delivery windows

  • Equipment requirements

  • Freight characteristics

  • Route restrictions

  • Scheduling requirements

  • Customer preferences

A route plan or dispatch consultation does not guarantee a particular route, rate, carrier, delivery time, or transportation outcome unless specifically agreed to in writing.

15. FINAL-MILE DELIVERY

Final-mile services may include transportation from a distribution point or other origin to a customer's designated delivery location.

Pricing may be based on:

  • Distance

  • Shipment size

  • Shipment weight

  • Number of pieces

  • Number of stops

  • Residential or commercial location

  • Accessibility

  • Delivery appointment requirements

  • Special handling

  • Liftgate requirements

  • Inside delivery

  • Other requested services

Additional services may result in additional charges when applicable and disclosed.
